Bethany Gilchrist is the program manager for the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD). This U.S. Department of State-funded exchange program brings 250 undergraduate students each year from over 60 countries around the world to the United States for one semester of non-degree study at roughly 80 U.S. higher education institutions. Bethany holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations and a Master’s degree in economics from American University in Washington, DC, and has significant regional experience in Latin America.
